History
Developed by Russia, this main battle tank was created as a cost-effective update to the T-64. Entering production in 1973 with a total of 25,000 vehicles built, this is the second most widely produced tank after World War II. It has been exported to over 40 countries and boasts a long service history, having seen extensive combat in Eastern Europe, and Western Asia. A number of variants have been created over the years, the most notable of which being the T-90.
