Highwall was a PvP map in Armored Warfare that was first introduced in March 2016.[1] It was removed from most gameplay in August 2017.[2] The map however remains available in the form of the PvE mission Raiding Party.
Background Lore
"The land here has been mostly cleared of forest, making room for a small industrial infrastructure that has grown over time. Machinery and heavy equipment dot the landscape, precariously perched at the edge of open quarries in order to harvest rich gold veins, manganese, and uranium ore deposits. As a result of the industrial boom, various armies, rebel groups, and outside actors have been attracted to the area for its natural resources."[1]

Trivia
- On Russian game client, the map was originally called "Урановый рудник", which means "uranium mine". It was then renamed to "Franceville" ("Франсвиль") in April 2017.[3]
