The cutting edge AS21 Redback by Hanwha is an advanced South Korean AFV prototype and an offshoot of the K31 program to build the successor to the K21 IFV. It was developed primarily for export and was offered widely around the region of South East Asia and in Australia. Its name is derived from a deadly indigenous Australian spider.

Vehicle Traits[ | ]

  • Large Troop Compartment: This vehicle features a large troop compartment, allowing you to repair your modules faster, capture objectives more effectively and deploy more Mechanized Infantry troops.
  • Recon Package: This vehicle's set of advanced optics provides an improved vision range when stationary.
  • PELE Rounds: This vehicle can fire special Penetrator with Lateral Effect rounds. These can penetrate thick armor and deal extra damage to the crew and internal components.
  • Active Camo: If the vehicle is not moving, it receives the same bonus to its camouflage as if it was concealed behind a bush.
  • AI Target Assistant: Electronic assistant that helps you aim at moving targets.
